- 250g basmati rice (washed and rinsed in cold water)
- 500 ml water
- 2 teaspoons pilau spice blend
How to make
Boil 500ml of water in a saucepan. Add the basmati rice and pilau spice blend. Season with salt. Simmer for about 15 minutes until cooked and the water has been fully absorbed. Keep warm until ready to serve.
