Peri-Peri Chicken


  • 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  • 1 tbs Oil
  • 1 Lime (zested and juiced)
  • 1 Peri-Peri Seasoning
  • 6-8 Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thighs (approx. 500g)

How to make

Step 1

In a large bowl mix the garlic, oil, lime zest and juice and Peri-Peri Seasoning. Add the chicken. Mix to coat evenly and marinate for 10 mins.

Step 2

Lay the marinated thighs in a medium to hot frying pan and cook for 6-7 mins on each side or until cooked through and nicely charred.

Step 3

Serve in a pitta or wrap with rice and salad.
