• 1 Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  • 1 tbs Oil
  • 1 Red Onion (sliced)
  • 3 Mixed Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts (approx. 500g sliced into 1cm strips)

How to make

Step 1

In a large bowl mix the Fajita Seasoning, garlic, oil, onion and peppers. Add the chicken, mix to coat evenly and marinate for 10 mins.

Step 2

Stir-fry in a large frying pan on medium to high heat for 10-12 mins or until the chicken is cooked through. Add more oil (while cooking) if needed.

Step 3

Enjoy in heated tortilla wraps with guacamole, salsa, sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese!
