Cajun Corn


  • Cajun corn (warning - this has a spicy kick!)
  • 4 corn on the cob (husked & cleaned)
  • 60g butter (softened)
  • 3 teaspoons Cajun spice blend

How to make

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.

Step 2

Spread the softened butter all over the corncobs.  Similarly season them with the Cajun spice blend. (This is spicy hot! Use less if you wish.)  Wrap them up together in a foil parcel.

Step 3

Put the corn cobs in the oven and bake them for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the corncobs from the oven, take off the foil and transfer to a warmed plate
